Delivery Policy

All orders are dispatched between Monday to Saturday except bank holidays. Orders are usually sent within 3 working days of your transaction made through our secure payment processing area.

You should expect to receive your order within 7 working days at the most. If however you do not receive your item within this period, please contact us immediately and we will track this for you.

Goods sent by recorded delivery will require a signature, however if no one is available to sign then then royal mail will leave a card telling you where and how to collect your goods.

Selecting an Order

We have ensured that our website is easy to navigate, safe and above all hassle free. You can access our easy to navigate menu to make the necessary selection on your desired product(s). When you have made your selection simply click "Add to Cart" and your selection will be held in your shopping cart. When you are satisfied with your order then click on "Checkout" where we can process your order for dispatch.

We accept all major credit and debit cards in our secure payment processing area

We do NOT accept payment by cheque or postal order as this is to ensure a quicker delivery time.

Back Ordered Items

Should an item not be available for whatever reason we will notify you within 24 hours of your transaction to give you the quickest possible delivery time and provide you with the right to make another selection for an alternative product or to request a full refund.

Returns Policy

You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to arrange the return of any goods by email to returns@coolspares.com ensuring that you apply your order number and product code so that we can locate your order as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking charge and we do not pay any return postage and request that you return the goods with all fittings and instructions and make sure the product is in a re-sale condition. Goods that are returned to us with incomplete, damaged or torn packaging will be returned to you and postage costs will be charged.

We request that any goods that are returned are sent by recorded delivery to ensure receivership by us and we accept no liability for goods posted but not received by us and furthermore we cannot be held liable for loss of goods or damage of goods in transit.

Missing Goods

You must contact us within 14 days of your transaction to allow us to investigate this with royal mail by sending an email to info@coolspares.com or by using our contact us page. We will do our upmost to assist you.

All products we sell are guaranteed by the manufacturer 'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'

We accept No liability for any costs what so ever that may arise as a result of purchasing, using or fitting products we have supplied. You should satisfy yourself that you or a competent person that has fitted or attached the product correctly in accordance with the manufactures instructions (If Supplied) All the items we supply are sold on the basis of a DIY fit. Furthermore we accept no liability for any damage/s that may occur as a result of using any of our products.
